Works really well - but may not fit larger arms.
I really, really like this elbow ice pack. I am using it on my left elbow. The only 2 things I'll mention: if you have very large arms, this may not fit you. And if you cool it down in the freezer (which is recommended for the first time) it is really, really, cold. Most of the time I've been putting it in the fridge so it isn't too cold for me. It seems to hold the cold very well if you cool it in the freezer.

Love this!
Fantastic ice pack for tennis elbow! It is soft and slips easily over the arm. It is cold but tolerable for 15-20 minutes. The pack itself is made up of small cubes that move around your arm- not giant stiff panels. This makes a big difference in comfort. Could easily be used for ankle, hand or knee as well. I bought large for this reason. Highly recommend!

Better than most ice packs out there
Fits great and stays pretty cold. I will say I have never gotten 2 hours of use out of it. I have carpal tunnel and use it over my hands and then move it up my arm. By the forth move at 20 min each is just cool, not cold.

Flexibility, and even distribution of cold therapy
This has been a game changer!! I've always used the flat, gel ice packs for my tennis elbow, but it never seems to fully cover the spot. Putting this on... yes, I look like a smurfy super hero, but its flexible enough to let me continue what I'm doing, the cold lasts and is evenly distributed, and the painful areas quiet down!! I definitely recommend this product for tennis elbow.

Great idea . Bummed it showed up broken
Just got it in the mail so bummed the cubes starting coming out … the stitches are not complete

Works but loses elasticity and stitching
Stitching is coming out. The flexibility has diminished and now have to tape it to keep on my arm. The positive. It stays cold for about 15 min. Which is perfect.

We have tried a ton of ice packs for tennis elbow and this one is the best by far. It is easy to put on, stays on and stays cold. Well done! We. Will be purchasing the knee one as well.

20 minutes in the evening helps the next day.
I keep it on for 20 minutes in the evening and I find the next day the inflammation is down. It feels kind of numbing while it’s on. I don’t find u need to do it every day, just when I’m experiencing a lot of pain that I can’t manage.

Amazing
This is a really great ice pack. Have tried a few others for my husbands golfers elbow and they all warmed up way too fast. This one stays cold for a very long time enough to do both elbows in one sitting at 20 min each. One issue is it could be a bit more elastic to hold very tight however it’s the best one we’ve ever tried by far.

Might be better options but it works
Stays cold for a good 20-30 min, only problem is the little cubes shift all over the sleeve, so you don’t get good coverage and are forever repositioning them. Does what it should, no mess as the little gel cubes are what freeze and no regrets buying.
