Elbow Ice Pack for Tennis Elbow, 2 Hours Cold Compression Therapy

I really, really like this elbow ice pack. I am using it on my left elbow. The only 2 things I'll mention: if you have very large arms, this may not fit you. And if you cool it down in the freezer (which is recommended for the first time) it is really, really, cold. Most of the time I've been putting it in the fridge so it isn't too cold for me. It seems to hold the cold very well if you cool it in the freezer.

Good product but just a little bit big

I can't speak for its longevity because I've only had it a short while. I'm very happy with it so far. The cold lasts longer than I'd expect when looking at its components. It's basically a bunch of frozen pads of butter in a flexible sleeve. Does an outstanding job for my elbow joint

This ice pack fits my arm perfectly and does a wonderful job! 20 minutes and my elbow feels much better! So much easier than trying to balance 3 ice packs on and under my elbow. So glad I found this!

I like it because it stays cold and doesn’t get drippy. However it is difficult to put on.

Pretty uncomfortable. The little plastic cubes move around a lot so it’s not smooth. They can bunch up and then need to be organized to provide the contact that you are looking for. The band overall is too small so I had a difficult time getting it over my elbow by myself and even once on it was hard to get it to a point where it felt secure. It was okay if you were sitting in a chair but definitely not something that you could walk around with or use like a brace for doing chores (which, perhaps, it wasn’t designed for). I probably should have returned it but figured it would work okay as an ice pack.

Fantastic ice pack for tennis elbow! It is soft and slips easily over the arm. It is cold but tolerable for 15-20 minutes. The pack itself is made up of small cubes that move around your arm- not giant stiff panels. This makes a big difference in comfort. Could easily be used for ankle, hand or knee as well. I bought large for this reason. Highly recommend!

Excellent and helped tremendously

I keep it on for 20 minutes in the evening and I find the next day the inflammation is down. It feels kind of numbing while it’s on. I don’t find u need to do it every day, just when I’m experiencing a lot of pain that I can’t manage.

Works well for elbows . Getting looser over time though .

I have average size arms with decent muscle and this fits great. Stay very cold for more then long enough to use on both arms before freezing again.

Stays cold for a good 20-30 min, only problem is the little cubes shift all over the sleeve, so you don’t get good coverage and are forever repositioning them. Does what it should, no mess as the little gel cubes are what freeze and no regrets buying.
