Elbow Ice Pack for Tennis Elbow, 2 Hours Cold Compression Therapy

I really, really like this elbow ice pack. I am using it on my left elbow. The only 2 things I'll mention: if you have very large arms, this may not fit you. And if you cool it down in the freezer (which is recommended for the first time) it is really, really, cold. Most of the time I've been putting it in the fridge so it isn't too cold for me. It seems to hold the cold very well if you cool it in the freezer.

Fits great and stays pretty cold. I will say I have never gotten 2 hours of use out of it. I have carpal tunnel and use it over my hands and then move it up my arm. By the forth move at 20 min each is just cool, not cold.

This has been a game changer!! I've always used the flat, gel ice packs for my tennis elbow, but it never seems to fully cover the spot. Putting this on... yes, I look like a smurfy super hero, but its flexible enough to let me continue what I'm doing, the cold lasts and is evenly distributed, and the painful areas quiet down!! I definitely recommend this product for tennis elbow.

The squares for ice do not stay in place shifting down and bunching uncomfortably in some areas. It is too small to easily go past the elbow of a large man, it is not at all adjustable. And it does NOT stay _cold_ for two hours (but it does usually stay cold enough for 20 minutes which is all the longer you should have it on). Overall not a great purchase, one that barely does what I need it to, for now.

Great value, works great. Has like reusable ice cubes inside, kinda wonky, but does the trick.

Stitching is coming out. The flexibility has diminished and now have to tape it to keep on my arm. The positive. It stays cold for about 15 min. Which is perfect.

I really love this Ice Pack! It stays icy for about 2 hours, which is far longer than the inferior "gel type" ice packs. This item has really been helping alot to keep the swelling down at the end of the night. I purchased a second one so that I always have at least one on-hand.

We have tried a ton of ice packs for tennis elbow and this one is the best by far. It is easy to put on, stays on and stays cold. Well done! We. Will be purchasing the knee one as well.

I keep it on for 20 minutes in the evening and I find the next day the inflammation is down. It feels kind of numbing while it’s on. I don’t find u need to do it every day, just when I’m experiencing a lot of pain that I can’t manage.

This has really helped with the tendinitis I have. The only thing I wish that it would fit a bit tighter & not shift & move down my arm.

I have average size arms with decent muscle and this fits great. Stay very cold for more then long enough to use on both arms before freezing again.

This is a really great ice pack. Have tried a few others for my husbands golfers elbow and they all warmed up way too fast. This one stays cold for a very long time enough to do both elbows in one sitting at 20 min each. One issue is it could be a bit more elastic to hold very tight however it’s the best one we’ve ever tried by far.
