Terrific pan and just what I needed. No stick and easy cleanup.
This pan has advertised. It is easy to clean – it took less than five minutes to clean with warm water and mild dish soap and of course, a soft sponge. I made scrambled eggs, coated the pan with a little bit of butter first and there was barely any residue.As this coding is ceramic – remember to use a silicone utensil and no abrasive cleanser. It’s a great value of the money. I would say he was distributed very evenly and of course the nonstick properties are fabulous. It was lightweight and a real pleasure to cook with. I own others Zwilling products and been very pleased with all of them.

Everything sticks. Not nonstick at all.
Absolutely awful. Egg sticks to the pot after 3-4 uses. Hand washed. Very disappointed. Worse than 20 dollar nonstick pans.

Excellent addition to kitchen
My best purchase ever! Coating prevents food sticking and cleans like a dream. All metal means I can use in oven when called for. Handle is comfortable in the hand. Excellent quality.

Quality pans
By far my favorite pans! They work well and look great too. The ceramic coating isn't as non-stick as Teflon, but I expected that. They still clean up very easily compared to an uncoated stainless pan. The only negative I have is the conflicting information as to if they are dishwasher safe. Outside of the box they come in says dishwasher safe, but the inside packing says they are not. I usually hand wash them, but I have ran them through the dishwasher a few times with no issues so far.

STICKy PAN.
After 15 months, this Zwilling 8" fry pan sticks. These are the heating, cooking and cleaning methods used for this pan since new, 15 months go.1) Heat never over medium high.2) Only a silicone spatula used in it, no metal ever touched the interior of the pan.3) Olive oil was the only liquid heated up prior to eggs being cooked, and eggs were the only food used in the pan.4) Cleaned in hot soapy water with a cotton wash cloth.Very disappointed in this pan after ONLY 15 months.Will not use anymore, ceramic coating is starting to come off, too late to return.I do not recommend Zwilling ceramic pans.

Little and nice but heavy
Nice pan but it is heavy without anything in it. So if you have weak wrists, this is not a pan for you.

Damaged
The frying pans arrived damaged. The pan on the bottom has been completely scratched by the pan that was placed on top of it. The ceramic surface of the larger pan is damaged. If the pans had not been damaged, I would have kept them. - RETURNED
