Do the refills for this work with feliway diffusers? the diffusers look the same as the feliway ones, so i was curious.

We are unfamiliar with the Feliway product and are unsure if the refills will fit the diffuser for this product. We strongly suggest only using the ThunderEase refills with the ThunderEase diffuser.

How do you dispose of these?

The ThunderEase refill bottles can be disposed of in the trash can.

Is there any difference between the one listed for anxiety and the one listed for marking/sparying?

If you are referring to the ThunderEase for Cats and the ThunderEase for Multi-Cat, the difference is the type of pheromones being used. The ThunderEase for Cats mimics the facial pheromone released when a cat is rubbing their face against things while the ThunderEase for Multi-Cat households mimics the pheromones released by a mother nursing her kittens.

Is this the same product as Feliway or is it different?

This one says it is a maternal pheromone that calms cats. And is not recommended for aggression in cats. So depending on your intended use of the product it's impact on your cat should be the same. We are actually using both in our household. This one for our nervous cat and Feliway for the cat that has been acting aggressive toward him. Hope this helps.
