Perfect heated mug
Received product. Did not know needed Uk adapter for plug-should be in description. Otherwise would give 5 stars. However mug is fantastic. I set it on ‘hot’- lasts hours with cover on. Love this product.

Great products, Great company awesome customer service.Keeps my coffee hot. No need for an app. Simple, straight forward to use. The lid fits snugly and they offer travel lids. (All lids and bases are interchangeable) I've had it for 18 months and It stopped charging and i contacted company. They got back right away and helped me troubleshoot. Turned out one of the charging pins broke off. They sent me a new base. These days it's rare to to find a company that stands by their product especially after 18 month. Love this Colorado company. I've now Ordered a travel mug and a mug for my sister straight from their site as they were on sale. They have beautiful new colors in the 14 Oz. MugsI've tried the ember and another from Amazon and didn't like either.

Handy To Have
Weighty mug that is comfortable and satisfying in your hand, Only negative is it only has 3 heat setting and my ideal temp is between 1 & 2. Next time I will get a mug that goes up in degree increments.

I love this mug! I have a 4 month old and I NEVER get to have a hot cup of coffee!! This mug honestly works soo well! Even on the lowest setting (warm) it still keeps the coffee hotter than when you first make it. On the highest setting ( piping) it may be a little too hot for me, but I just don’t use it on that setting unless the drink I have is already cold and I am trying to heat it back up.Only 2 small complains I have are that it is not dishwasher safe, so I have to wash it by hand everyday and then I have to charge it overnight. And that the battery only lasts a few hours! For most people this won’t be an issue because if you are using it at your desk you can leave the mug on the charging pad to keep it charged all day. But because I am constantly putting it down in random places using the charging pad all day just isn’t an option for me.Honestly great buy!!
