Could someone please tell me the dough weight each basket would take? Thank you

Hi, I found that my loaf of 950g total weight (75% hydration) fits nicely in these basket. Had them for over a year and still good condition.

Is it 2 baskets or 1?

I received 2 pcs as stated in the title.

What are the dimensions? The sizes are different in the product description and under «about this item ».

Mine are 25cm and take about 500g of dough

Can the proofing baskets go in the hot oven

No - these don’t go in the oven. They are for the proving part of the process to shape the loaves.
