Review: It's a nice pad - For the price it's ok a decent pad. The gelly part it's a bit "hard" but I guess it will soften with use. It is comfy though and didn't had wrist pain as before. The surface area that the mouse sits it responds a lot with my optical mouse.The back side is hard silicone so it sticks to the desk like a sucker and doesn't move at all.

**Q: Mine developed a bump (pad warped) after about a year. Any idea if I can get rid of the bump or is it a paperweight now?**
A: I bought the purple one and after a year, I got a "bump" on it, too! No idea how to fix it. Makes it hard to use the mouse. This was actually to replace the first purple one I got that lasted 3 years. So weird.

**Q: Is the mouse pad rigid enough to be used on carpet or a couch?**
A: Although it is made of thick rubber, I would NOT expect it to work very well on carpet or a couch. It flexes a bit too much.

**Q: Does the purple mousepad match the purple keyboard rest?**
A: they are different shades of purple, but I think they match well enough.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not perfect, but pretty close.

I had problems finding a decent mouse mat that was large enough for my relatively big mouse, without trying to take over my desk space. This mat fit the bill nicely. The gel wrist pad has sufficient give in it without being too soft and supports the wrist well. On hot days it can be a little on the tacky side, that that will happen with most mats unfortunately. As the base is of a silicon style material, the mat stays exactly where you put it. This is a bit of a double edged sword as it doesn't move during normal use, but if you need to move it a little for any reason, you actually have to peel it off the desk to be able to do so. To be fair, I don't have to do that very often, but it should be mentioned. The mat itself is smooth. I would have preferred a fabric mat (as my previous one had) but this one works fine. All in all, a good mouse mat and I'll definitely buy again. Some reviews have stated that the mat peels in the top right hand side. This might be because (like me) they may be dragging their little finger across the mat. Time will tell if I have the same issue.
