RFID Blocking Card, 2 Pieces, Contactless Card Protection, NFC Card Protector for Your Wallet or Purse

This is the same review that I have submitted for the Blockr card protectors as the results are very much the same. The only difference is that the Blockr cards are in my wallet and these are in my wife's purse I think its scaremongering in the media rather than a major problem but having read recent news articles that RFID skimming is on the increase, I thought best to be safe than sorry and get some protection. Especially as the protection comes as cheaply and conveniently as a card which sits alongside your cards in your wallet or purse. The alternative is buying a anti skimming wallet, which is more expensive, or wrapping your cards in foil, which is downright inconvenient. This solution appears to work as it was very effective in stopping my con-tactless cards being read when I tested it in the proximity of a reader. The only downside is that they occasionally trigger the security scanner alarms when entering and exiting some shops. Not a big issue really and its surprising how many shops ignore the alarm anyway.......

I have looked around to see what was on the market to protect against fraud/copying of my Credit & Debit Cards. These 2 x RFID & NFC Credit/Debit Card Protectors. Are very well made and of good quality. They are substantial, well actually they are THICKER than a normal sized Credit Card, but they easily fit into a normal sized card slot in my Credit/Debit Card Holder.

These seem to work - I’ve tried to use a contactless card when it’s next to one of these and the machine didn’t see it. Then I just used the card by itself and it worked. I can’t be sure it’ll work in every situation, but any protection is a big bonus.

I didn't want to waste money on a new wallet and these credit-card size devices fit right in your existing wallet/purse. I tried them by holding my wallet containing them and a couple of cards over a card reader. The reader couldn't detect the cards, but it did when I removed these blockers. Seems a good alternative to a tinfoil wallet..

These are great for travel and no more fiddly sleeves that break after a few uses. I love having a solid card to put into my wallet and then forget about it. However, keep them completely away from hotel cards as they wipe them completely. On the 6th time of having my hotel card not working, I figured it was the card. Since removing the card from my wallet, no more problems with the hotel card.

Absolutely brilliant! Does exactly what it says on the tin. My husband is technologically challenged and was shocked to find out that you need to protect your cards, even when they are securely placed in your wallet. I am very satisfied that both cards work correctly. Apart from a small difference in thickness which is hardly detectable, it looks like any other credit or debit card that you may have. I am happy with this purchase which was delivered with the promptness I have come to expect from Amazon. I now have peace of mind against my cards being harvested by scammers and scanners!

How, how can i review something like this, ive never had my wallet and cards scanned and duplicated, but i bought this card as, shall we say, a safety net. Its now in place in my wallet, but how can i say if it has stopped my wallet from being scanned, i cant really, so I dont really know if it works, all i can say is, it looks nice, it fits in my wallet, i will never know if i have been scanned, unless the scanner operator actually says, “ hey dude, nice move buying an anti scanner card”. Im not trying to knock the product, ive been asked three times to review the product so i feel this is the best i can do.

What can I say - they work extremely well. The company sent email showing how to test to ensure the product works and it most certainly did. The fact that you get two and not just one means I keep one with my cards (obviously) and one in my phone wallet in case I suddenly decide to just take a credit card and phone out. Recommended

funktioniert viel besser und einfacher, als erwartet. Ich habe diese Karte einfach auf meine Geldkarte in meiner Handy-Hülle positioniert. Mein Test hat ergeben, dass wenn ich meine Geldkarte zusammen mit dieser Sicherheitskarte auf ein Bezahlterminal lege, ist keine Abbuchung möglich. Nehme ich die Sicherheitskarte runter, funktioniert die Abbuchung wieder. Tolle Erfindung!
