I can suggest this glove for a player who wants to be reminded to grip a club with your fingers instead of your palms. It's also helpful to make sure your grip isn't weak...too far to left. It is soft and feels good on, and I use it on the course. Every once in a while it will remind me to grip with my fingers while I'm playing a round. It is not made to last through a large number of uses, but I'm not sure that's a big problem since it reinforces correct grip for a period of time. Although the same thing could be achieved by using a permanent marker on your regular glove, not everyone is going to want to mess with doing that. I normally wear a xl cadet, and this glove's large-extra large size fits great.

**Q: Do these gloves only work for neutral grips only? If I use a strong grip will the alignment still work correctly?**
A: No.  The purpose of the glove is to move you from a neutral position to a strong position, unless you already have a strong grip.  The purpose of the two blue spots is to get the left hand into a strong position.  This also influences the right hand, moving it further to the right or under.  The glove also influences getting the shaft into the fingers on the left hand rather than the palm.

Let’s be honest—I’m not exactly threatening the PGA Tour anytime soon. My golf game is somewhere between “enthusiastic beginner” and “lost in the woods... again.” But the ME AND MY GOLF True Grip Training Glove has actually helped me feel like I know what I’m doing, and that’s half the battle, right? The glove is well made, fits comfortably, and the grip guides are a fantastic touch for reminding me where my hands are supposed to be (instead of wherever they usually end up). It’s like having a tiny golf coach on your hand—minus the judgmental stares when I chunk another 7-iron. Took off one star only because, well... it’s not magic.
