JOYMOOP Flat Mop System, Microfiber Mop and Bucket Set, Green, Household & Commercial Floor Cleaning Mop, Includes 2 Mops and 8 Large Microfiber Pads

So this is my 3rd joymop order. I got the normal sized one first, then sized up, then used it so much I had to order another one. I will never do back to any other design and personally feel this brand is made tough and resiliently. I do have to say the mop pads can be washed once but after that the grabber loops that keep it on the mop and easy to slide in and out of the mop bucket start to tear at the seems but that's after a lot of use and a couple machine wash and drys which I don't even know if you're supposed to do. Also love that the handles are adjustable because I'm short and my husband is very talk so it coming with two that I can adjust is great. I also can easily take out a piece or two when my littles want to help. Love it.

UPDATE - The company made this right and the new mops they sent are still going strong. Thank you and you have a customer from now on. The order did not come with 2 mops like it said. The middle prong broke on the one and the velcro will not stay on the flat surface.

Edited to add- all 8 mop pad are now trash and both of the mop handles just spin when attempting to uncles the segments. Neither issue was had with my old mop from this same brand. Lowered to one star. I clean homes and a few businesses and love these styles of flat mops. I have had their cheapest model of flat mop for over a year and the only thing I have had to replace on it are the mop pads. I had high hopes that this larger model would be just as good as the first one and would benefit from the larger volume of water/wider mop head. This seems to be lower quality and thinner plastics. When I go to dry the mop head in the second slot I have to go very slow otherwise a lot of water will spray out of the mop bucket. After using the mop heads once and washing them, two of the eight are already coming unstitched where it holds the mop pad into the mop head. The mop handles have jagged edges where they screw together and one of them has already stripped out to where I can not get them apart. Additionally the handles are more flexible than my older model making me believe they won’t last as long even if they don’t strip out. Overall, I wish I had just re-ordered the same one that I already have and love. The only reason I wanted to replace my old one is because it is showing its age.

This works great for the most part. The only real complaint I have is the little pockets on the mop pads that fit over the teeth on the end to hold it in place when wringing it. They are very hard to line up properly and if they are not the mop catches in the wringer. They also rip off easily. Otherwise it’s a great system!

This has been in my Amazon cart for almost 1 year, and I finally bit the bullet on Prime Day and I can’t believe I waited so long! Not only are my floors spotless, but they are STREAK FREE! With different mops, it didn’t matter how hard I tried, they ALWAYS left streaks! Not only that, but the handles were always short, which meant that I was always hunched over moping and within a few minutes, my back was killing me! But NOT with the JoyMop!!! The handle is nice and tall, and also has a soft grip at the top. The only thing I would add as an improvement, is another soft grip for the other hand, although I’ve never seen a mop with 2 hand grips. I also love that it has a drain hole at the bottom of the bucket! So easy! And let’s not forget about the 2 different mop pad types, the microfiber and the other one that has little scrubbies on the bottom! I used the one with the little scrubbies on the bottom and it was perfect! With having 2 little kids, a husband and a dog living the house, there’s always something that’s stuck to the floor, and it picked it right up! I really couldn’t be happier with the JoyMop! So glad I FINALLY said YES to the JoyMop!

The mop itself is great, hands down. It works well and makes cleaning much easier. The only issue I’ve had is with the microfiber mop attachment. For some reason, the one I received keeps ripping after washing and drying in the bucket, while wiping, and by the time I dry it gets stuck. It also gets stuck and starts breaking down, which has been frustrating. Overall, I like the mop system, but I wish the microfiber pads were more durable or held up better after being while operating. Without the microfiber mopp the entire system is pointless I like the bucket design for easy draining.

The bucket is great but the pads are already ripping at the seams and then can’t be used due to the design of the bucket.

Pros * You don't have to touch the mop head while mopping. The only time you have to touch it is when you're removing it to be washed. * Washes well and doesn't leave streaks on the hardwood * The Pail is compact and easily stored when not using * There are plenty of mop heads Cons * It does take a little finesse to get the mop head to lay flat on the base. The velcro grabs very well and if you don't have the mop head lined up well it will bunch. If it's bunched it won't fit properly into the pail * The slots on the top of the pail that wring out the water are tight so make sure you don't force it. If it doesn't fit it's likely the mop head is not on flat or askew
