This fireplace suite is flat packed, It needs to be built prior to installation. See our installation video for details. It should take no more than 30 minutes to assemble.

Is the back of the fireplace hollow so the plug socket can be behind the fireplace?

Yes, there is plenty of room for a socket and an extension if needed.

Is the ambient light controlled separately; does it need additional power supply?

No, the mood light is connected to the firebox directly, so there’s no need of additional power supply and remote handset to operate it.

How many colours does the ambient light have?

There are 14 colours of ambient light for your choice

How long is the power cable, and what side is it on?

1.8 meters and it comes out of the back right of the appliance as you are looking at it from the front.

Is it ok to put a TV above the appliance?

Yes, if you are standing the TV on the appliance we recommend affixing the mantel to the wall with additional brackets(Not supplied) to ensure it is stable. Ensure the base of the TV fits on the shelf as we are not liable if it falls off.

Can the fire be used without heat?

Yes, you can turn the flames on without heater

Is this fire very noisy when the heater is on?

All you can hear is the sound of air coming out the vent like a small fan on low, no motor noise.
