I’ve used Expression med over patches for almost a year (Used Libre 3, then Dexcom G6, Libre 3+, and now Dexcom G7) and i have never had any issues! I just switched to G7 and my other sensor was close to expiring, so i had to order from Amazon for overnight shipping, but i typically order directly from the EM website. This brand is the only brand that does not cause a skin reaction, and i’ve tried them all! I recommend to anyone looking for patches that are cute and functional :) they stick well, last the entire 15 day cycle (libre 3) and are easy to apply 🥹

I use these with my Dexcom 6. Since the Dexcom is an elongated shape, the cutout is also elongated so it’s not as easy to apply by myself. Since the adhesive is quite sticky, it’s best to have someone else apply it over the Dexcom if you have it on the back side of your arm. So staying in place is its strong suit but means you need to get it aligned the first try. Quality is very good and the designs are fun. They do become a conversation starter-so if you don’t mind telling people about your monitor-go for these! I use it as an educational opportunity-so don’t mind the flashy patterns.

I ordered this 5-pack of ExpressionMed floral adhesive patches for my fiancée’s Dexcom G7 sensor. The patches arrived in a bubble mailer inside a small bag, and the patterns look just like the photos—bright, colorful, and fun. They’re very easy to apply and align perfectly with the G7. The adhesive feels soft and comfortable on skin and hasn’t caused any irritation, even after days of use. The patches also hold up fine through showers and daily activity, which is a plus. However, the edges start to lift after only two to three days, leaving small gaps around both the inner and outer edges of the sensor. Over a full 10-day sensor life, you end up using two patches—making the pack go fast. For the high price, they just don’t last long enough. Overall, they look great and feel nice, but the durability and cost don’t quite match up. Good if you want decorative options, but not the most practical for long-term wear.

I usually have difficulty keeping adhesives in place more than 5 days. This lasted a full 10. It’s a little tricky to put on using one hand because the backing is split into 4 parts and the two edges are very small and difficult to grasp. But perhaps with more practice it’ll be easier. Overall I am very pleased and would order again! Wish it was a little cheaper for the number of covers you get but it’s worth the cost if it lasts the full 10 days.

I’ve been really impressed with these patches for my Dexcom G7. They stay securely in place for the entire duration of the sensor’s wear time, which gives me peace of mind, especially with the newer G7 adhesive being less reliable. These patches are easy to apply and even easier to remove, with minimal leftover adhesive. They keep the Dexcom unit firmly in place—even through daily wear, exercise, and showering. While I do wish they were a bit more affordable and offered a wider range of design options (the current patterns aren’t exactly stylish), the value is still there. This product solves the major issue of sensor adhesion, which shouldn’t be necessary in the first place—but that’s not the fault of this company. Overall, highly recommended for anyone using the Dexcom G7 who needs added security and durability

Fail Fail Fail!!! Today I lost two sensors because they failed to warm up. OK, both of the sensors synced up easily, but during warm-up only about five minutes in, both failed and I had to replace. I strongly worn everybody that reads this to reconsider buying these patches. I also will be calling Amazon support about it as well. As you know, losing two sensors is equivalent to 20 days worth of glucose readings. This is detrimental to diabetics who need to rely on accurate numbers to correspond with their insulin pumps I am waiting now for my third sensor without the under patch to warm up. This will tell me for sure whether it’s the under patch Hey!! GUESS WHAT?!?! I am NOT using these patches anymore cause this new one WITHOUT IT IS WORKING! Hope I can help the next person reading this. UPDAYE! I also bout the underpatch for the Omnipod. New one fell off VERY easily. WASTING A POD AND 200 UNITS Of INSULIN! This company should be ashamed of themselves for the issues they cause diabetics. DONT USE THEM!!

Picked these up for my wife who uses a Dexcom G7. The fit is perfect and the printing is of solid quality. The price was a little higher than their competitors, but Buy Once, Cry Once definitely applies here. Will be buying these again in the future. Updated: we have continued to buy this same set over and over about 5 different times now, it is my wife’s favorite go to when she can’t find another option for whatever holiday or event is going on. We have never had any issues with them sticking, they are easy to apply, and overall just an amazing product if you take your time and follow the basic steps of cleaning the area well with alcohol to remove any skin oils, letting it dry thoroughly, then slowly and methodically applying them. It helps to have someone else apply it, as I do for my wife, but isn’t totally necessary as long as you are careful and go slow.

I've used many of these kind of patches and these ones I found works best for me. easy to apply, and holds really well. I can workout, swim and bump the sensor and it holds. Removal was good, just had to go slower than I normally would.
