Recommended to me by my running coach. Great to carry for endurance events. Easily swallowed with water. I used for the Fan Dance in summer and it kept cramp at bay - which when you are climbing a mountain twice is a real plus! Customer service is excellent - particularly liked the hand written note inside. The company is made up of people who actually do the events that these products are designed for - so they know what they are talking about. Would definitely use this product and company again.

Didn't want capsules but purchased last min and that's all I could get in time. Worked well. I opened capsules and emptied contents in my water bottle.

Have not tried them very often, but when I have I have had some very good results. For instance, leg cramps start half way through my normal sleep time. Usually they will persist until I get up. If I take two tablets after the first attack I do not get any more that night.

I am currently training for a 50k Ultra in July and long runs are on the 20 mile mark now, I have suffered horrendous cramp in my calves on a couple of occasions on these longer runs. Bought these capsules to use alongside the same brand gels, took one an hour before my run today and then 1 on the hour during (used 3 in total for 20 mile / 3 hour run) not even a twinge, finished strong! So so pleased and will be using these every time now. Highly recommended 🌟

I've used these in a 100k Ultramarathon, Coast to Coast cycle and multiple marathons and swear by their effectiveness in reducing cramp and replacing lost electrolytes. Brilliant to have for running a marathon if you don’t want to carry a water pack with ELs in. I just took these with the water from aid stations no issues.

Salt tablets which I used while working in NW Australia worked just as well. Unfortunately, with this Nannying fascist liberal state we are living in, one cannot purchase them.

Ich nutze die Salztabletten hauptsächlich bei Marathon- und Ultraläufen, um Krämpfen vorzubeugen bzw. im Ernstfall vorbereitet zu sein. Bisher haben sie dabei immer zuverlässig funktioniert und ich hatte durchweg gute Erfahrungen damit. Auch die Verträglichkeit ist bei mir sehr gut – selbst bei längeren Belastungen gab es keinerlei Probleme. Ein Punkt, den man allerdings beachten sollte: Die Kapseln sind recht groß. Wer Schwierigkeiten hat, größere Medikamente oder Kapseln zu schlucken, könnte hier Probleme bekommen. Für solche Fälle wären klassische Tabletten eventuell die bessere Wahl, zumal es diese oft auch als größere und günstigere Packungen gibt. Ich habe mich dennoch bewusst für die Kapsel-Variante entschieden, weil sie einzeln verpackt sind. Dadurch lassen sie sich perfekt portionieren und direkt am Körper transportieren, ohne dass sie durch Schweiß oder Feuchtigkeit aufweichen. Gerade bei langen Läufen und Wettkämpfen ist das für mich ein großer Vorteil.

Ich hatte diese bei einem 110km Traillauf dabei und war echt begeistert! Keine Krämpfe, und ich hatte genug Energie für das Rennen (ca. 19h), zusätzlich zu meinem ISO und den Carbs. Das Wetter war richtig warm, so zwischen 24 und 27 Grad. Kann es nur empfehlen!

Note that the pills are very large, so you definetly need to drink water or have a gel to get it down properly. Overall good, but I wish the pills were a bit more spread apart to make it easier to cut individual blisters for runs.

I went hiking during the summer in 100f temperatures. I felt a little cramp in my leg and took 2tablets with water right away and kept going. It effected fast and was able complete the double black trail in the heat. No taste, easy to swallow, affordable, and simple. I will buy it again. I devised them in 2 and put them in my front pocket on my backpack belt. Definitely recommend to put it in accessible places.
