is citric gelatine suitable for vegetarians?

I cannot say for certainty whether these are vegetarian because of the 'citric gelatine'. However, ironically they a vegan/vegetarian version. The ingredients for the vegetarian/vegan version are: Glucose syrup, sugar, vegetable oil, acidity regulators: citric acid, malic acid; emulsifier: glycerol mono stearate, flavourings, stearic acid, modified starch, lysed soya protein, anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonate; magnesium sterate, colour: lutein. Its great one of the other reviewers mentioned the ingredients - because of this Im not buying from here - unless one of the sellers can confirm that their selling the vegetarian version.
