Yeah. It works. Look, I have a dog that my daughter forgets to take out. My living room floor is hard tile. I wake up, see the puddle, want to puke. Ok I clean it up and even using straight Lysol, bleach, Dawn. I could still slightly smell it. CANT deal with pee. After buying Natures Useless Miracle, Angry Orange, etc, I bought this. I needed an enzymatic. I sprayed it onto the cleaned up spot and waited, expecting very little. Bam! Im sitting in the living room and it smells like it never happened. You can dilute it but I used it straight up. Thank you!!!!!!!

Best cleaner I've ever used! In the past, I've used different enzyme cleaners for pet stains and odors. Others worked okay, but the smell of the cleaner would be irritating. This cleaner has a citrus smell, not overwhelming, and it cleans up pet messes effortlessly! I also have a kiddo that has accidents in the bed, and this cleaner helps clean the urine stains right out the bed. I have a white plush carpet in living room ( not the best choice with children and animals) but this cleaner makes it to clean up tough messes. I just pour just a little Zeiff in a bucket, add water and use a scrub brush and clean the stain. The stain and odors are gone in seconds! If you're looking for a cleaner to use on urine and pet stains, this is it!

I bought this to Wash milk residue off of wood floors and cribs. After 3 children and another on the way I was desperate to figure out how to better get dried milk stains off the wood. THIS DID IT! I sprayed it on undiluted and let it set a few minutes, and then used a rag to wipe it down...it was so easy! The cribs needed more rinsing to make sure no residue for littles. Great product!!

I was beginning to give up. Ive tried everything that I could find in all the stores near me. Anything that said it could clean carpet, pet messes, "industrial" cleaners ect. I had a messy litter, my first one of 6. I allowed them in my family room. They were just so cute I couldn't not do it. Well my mistake although they were almost completely potty trained, I had 2 that found little hiding places to go. The only way I knew was the smell. I had to sniff out, narrow the search area down. Then started sniffing carpet (like a nut, I know) 2 spots they had pooped and peed. Cat pee is an almost automatic loss. If my carpet wasn't just done a couple months before I probably would have just invested in new carpet. I started with the basic pet cleaner for steam cleaners. Probably have spent 100s on different cleaners this month. I turned to reading reviews and Google. Decided to buy a small bottle because I have been buying gallons and just wasting money. Wish I would have bought this first. I sprayed it undiluted on my dark gray carpet and left. I didn't expect anything to happen. I walked into my home something was different. I walked out and back in. Realized I wasn't smelling cat pee and poop anymore. I went closer to the area to make sure, taking sniffs the closer I got. Nothing! Just the smell of the cleaner which is kinda strong but worth it. I had to open windows and turn on my ac to pull some of the smell out. But the carpet isn't gross smelling anymore! Get it. Get the small bottle if in doubt and spray away! Then get the big bottle. I'm going to try it in other areas now! I got the citrus scent which isn't to awful, but it is powerful. I will try using it diluted at some point. Right now I'm just happy to not have the smelly house I dreaded I had.
