I only wish I had started even earlier during pregnancy! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ An expensive but quality product from Wild Nutrition. *by L***W on 8 April 2023* I have used supplements from this company before and I have always found them to be high quality and true to their word of natural and ethically sourced products. This omega-3 supplement is no different being sourced from wild Alaskan pollock through the MSC which aims to ensure seafood is caught sustainably and not over fished which will help protect our oceans and fishing industry. This supplement provides the correct amount of fatty acid for supporting the mother and babies’ health and development during pregnancy. The tablets were easy to swallow and did not leave any unpleasant aftertaste. The recommended dosage is to take 2 tablets a day which would mean that this bottle will last for 30 days.
