I have bought this item and just got around to installing it, shower mode wont stay on unless you keep the knob pulled up. Is there a way to fix it

Is the distance between hot and cold standard? I am wondering if it will, for sure, fit what I have now. It does look very similar, but is it standard

We had a plumber install ours and it replaced the existing one without any problems. It looks a standard width. Hope that helps

Can you connect a diffrent shower hose to the unit. Is it the standard fitting?
