A good night's sleep
This product works so well! I often get Charlie horses and as the young folks say. "On Site" thats what it's does. Give on site relief while making tou dose off at the same time! Love!

Works, but takes time
Absolutely worth the purchase. The first night I used it I sprayed it on the bottom of my feet. I noticed I fell asleep easier, but still woke up a couple of times during the night. I used it each night and within a week I was sleeping 6-7 hours straight. Falling asleep is also much easier. The spray is a little sticky and the first couple of times I used it I noticed a weird tingle. I started making sure my feet were dry before going under the covers. No smell whatsoever and the amount you get is excellent for the price. I would say try it, but give it a few days to see a real difference.

The essential mineral love it!
Everyone should have this you have something broken in your body. You just put that over your skin even if you have neuropathy or your healing from something I would suggest to put this on your skin. This is amazing. I actually just put a little bit on my hands and then put it with some lotion and I put out of my face. We all need magnesium.

It made my skin really dry and itchy. For that reason I only used it once so I really can't say it helped my foot pain one way or the other.

Spray and rub in.
Seems to work, best to spray legs morn and night after washing of course and then rub it in. Missed one night and day and legs really swelled up so yes I reckon it works.

Great product!
This product works well. I use it for my legs as my right leg swells really bad almost twice the size, I have very bad cramping in my legs and feet and restless leg syndrome. This helps keep everything under control so I can sleep.
