Great AC for small rooms.I am very satisfied with its performance. It is a small indoor unit that fits well in my bedroom. It cools the room quickly and quietly. The remote is easy to use and has all the functions I need. The customer service was also very helpful and responsive when I had some issues ( not related to the quality of the product) after installation. I would recommend this AC to anyone looking for a good quality and affordable air conditioner.

Product is no doubt very good but I am faced a problem about indoor unit.which is working good but noisy.this is the main problem of this model according to version of technician.carrier is no doubt a renowned company of AC, company should take care about this.remote is very cheap quality within three months it has been out of order.very bad experience.noise problem issue of indoor unit is still going on.i called technician five times to solve the air flow problem but it is still going on.i request to service centre to replace the indoor unit but some one replied me we will not replace this to your advice.as a customer i have not any right to say to change the defect product.i am hopeless. Installation charges are too high, they have no any rate chart,carrier should also take care about this.

Sadly, the **Carrier Flexicool Inverter AC** has been one of the worst decisions we made for our home. **Product Quality:** The AC feels cheap in build, with irregular cooling and constant operational issues within the first few weeks itself. The so-called Flexicool technology is unreliable and noisy. **After-Sales & Service Support:** Carrier’s support is practically non-existent. Service requests are delayed for weeks. Technicians lack basic professionalism. Even under AMC, parts were unavailable when urgently needed. During the hottest days, Carrier left us helpless, especially affecting the health of our senior citizens at home. **AMC and Service Centres:** AMC is a meaningless expense. Service centres are slow, undertrained, and often rude. The entire support chain feels broken, with no empathy towards families who trusted Carrier for their basic home comfort. **A Warning for Families and Elderly:** If you value peace of mind, especially for elderly parents, children, or your own well-being — avoid Carrier Flexicool AC at all costs. This is not just a defective product; it’s a broken promise. **Message to Carrier Management:** You are losing not just customers, but trust — the foundation of any legacy brand. Performance Honestly never thought Carrier AC will be so good. Small Indoor unit but powerfull airblower and flexi options is very useful function. Remote has backlight when u press any button. Cooling is mind-blowing even when operated on flexi level 1. (60% energy saving and 40% cooling). Got AC under sale period for 27k + 1 year additional warranty. Installation experience was good but nowadays they charge for installation+ water pipe + a white tapping used to protect copper pipe. Total paid 2300 for installation+ pipe + tapping. Exchange offers - Never fall for exchange offers when buying AC as I land up paying 5.8k exchange value even when my old ac was in working condition. Bcuz they expect a new brand condition AC in exchange.. unless the exchange offer is unconditional.

1- I have 115sq ft Room. 2- No air leakage 3- Top floor room Terrace and back wall exposed to sunlight. This ac consumes 1500-1800W at starting after 15mins it constantly consumes 1200-1300W electricity in 2hours it consumes 2.5-3unit approx in day time. no matter what mode you select it will consume 1200W constantly. In night it consumes less electricity on using Auto mode. Flexicool feature has its own limitation like it can only be used with in 42 degree celsius. *Installation guys are not professional after forcing them multiple times they did vaccum for 5mins intead of 15-20 mins as they are in hurry also they seems unhappy as didn't purschased anything from them they also left copper pipes open around 10inch Tip: If you wanna save electricity go for LG AC my relatives have LG AC and they are quite happy with LG AC.

As i moved from window A/c to split A/c it was a major jump for me. Carrier split A/c was good and its build quality was par the excellence. Carrier needs to improve on installation works, two technicians arrived and one of the technician was good and knowledgable and the other person doesn't know what he needs to do and how to coordinate with the other technician. About the product I was provided with 6in1 flexicool remote but I ordered for 4in1 flexicool. The remote had the option of WIFI but it wasn't working, when I made the call over to customer care they told me that your model doesn't support WIFI but your remote will have it.
