A: Beef Fat (85%), WHEAT flour ( with added calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin.) Allergy Advice: For allergens, including cereals containing gluten,, see ingredients in bold.

**Q: I need the fat specifically from the beef kidney. I call that kidney suet, is this the same?**
A: I don’t know if this is explicitly and exclusively kidney fat but I can tell you that this is the household name in the UK for all savory and sweet suet-based puddings (steak and kidney, Sussex Pond, jam roly poly etc).

**Q: Can I freeze this suet**
A: Yes, but it has a long shelf life so there is no need to freeze it

**Q: Can this be used to make real mincemeat?  The kind that actually uses meat, not the fruit version current thought of as mincement.**
