Review: Great comfort and lumbar support, but buy replacement wheels - I’ve been using this Holludle chair for about a month now, and overall, it’s a solid purchase for the price, though it has one clear flaw. The unboxing experience was great; everything came nicely packaged, and the instruction manual was clear and available in multiple languages, making assembly quite straightforward. In terms of comfort, the seat cushion is excellent. It’s thick, supportive, and doesn’t get warm or sweaty like my previous chair, even after hours of sitting. The backrest provides amazing lumbar support, keeping my posture right without causing any back fatigue during long sessions. The headrest adjusts smoothly up and down, and the armrests are highly customisable since they move up, down, and rotate left or right to suit your desk setup. The main downside is the build material in some areas; the plastic used feels a bit cheap in hand. More importantly, the included wheels are quite poor. After a short period of use, they started popping out and falling off whenever I moved the chair around. If you are planning to get this chair, I highly recommend ordering a set of upgraded 11x22mm caster wheels at the same time just to be on the safe side. Once you swap the wheels, it becomes a brilliant chair for the money.

**Q: What does the 4D armrest mean?**
A: Hi 4d this means they go up and down side to side backwards and forwards plus they turn on an angle to match your arms when typing. Although the range sideways is not great the rest of the movement is fine.

**Q: What is the function of the adaptive backrest?**
A: When people lean on the chair's backrest, they can stretch their back up and down, or turn their body left and right in a small range. Those are good for your physical comfort.

**Q: How can I adjust the lumbar support? It can be moved upwards but I can’t figure out how to move it back down again.**
A: Please note that when adjusting the Lumbar Support, starting from the lowest setting, gently raise the support one ‘click’ at a time until you reach the desired position. If you raise the support to a position higher than is required, pull the support all the way to the top, which will then allow you to push it back down to a more comfortable position.

**Q: How do I get the chair to move up and down?**
A: How to adjust height: press the handle down with your thumb when adding or reducing weight.

I recently purchased the chair, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and comfort it provides. This chair has truly enhanced my work-from-home setup, and I can say it's worth every penny! First off, the level of comfort is exceptional. The adaptive backrest is a standout feature, offering incredible support throughout the day. Whether I’m sitting upright or reclining slightly, the chair adjusts perfectly to my movements, making it easy to stay comfortable, even during long hours at my desk. The backrest also tilts when I shift left or right, which is such a handy feature when I need to grab something quickly without straining. The armrests are another highlight—they’re fully adjustable in 4 directions, so I can position them exactly where I need for typing or relaxing.
