Hilph Ankle Ice Pack Wrap for Swelling, Gel Cold Pack for Ankle Sprained

I have been using ice packs for my Plantar Fasciitis for some months now but this is exactly what I looking for. This ice pack wraps around several pain areas at one. Other Ice packs are flat and only cover smaller areas at one time. I use it routinely and sometimes at night. Initially I used it daily several times a day. Now that I am at a point my Plantar fasciitis is manageable, I mostly use it with flare-ups. The materials are of great quality and appear durable. The size is optimal, I wear a women's size 7 and my son who wears a size 9. We can both use it comfortably as it us adjustable with secure velcro closures. I have yet to use it with heat or as a warm pad because my foot pain responds excellently with ice as it helps with the inflammation and also numbs the area resulting in further decreasing the pain. I would imagine it is versatile with warmth as it is with cold.

These are great! So much easier to use then the bulky wrap around gel packs. They are soft, with a velcro attachment. I wear a fuzzy sock and put the ice wrap over top, works great. Comes in a 2 pack, I only need one at a time. One stays in the freezer, so I always have a cold one. Freezes fairly quickly. Even comes with a sealable pouch to keep them clean when you don't need them. Great wraps for the price.

We have been using these for several months now and the are holding up well, the Velcro is still working fine, they stay cold for a good 20-30 after removing them from the freezer. I would suggest wearing socks while using them. good value and the size fits pretty good as well. definably helps relieve some pain in the foot and ankles, and not very heavy.

im a size 8.5. i dont think this extendes far enough for a foot ever of my avrerage size foot if you have Plantar Fasciitis. nontheless, it's sturdy, works well, but i just wish it extended a little further as the picture looks.

Ankle ice wrap works pretty well, coldness touching quite a bit of ankle surface area, it folds narrow so it doesn't take much room in the freezer. It could be larger to go around an enlarged swollen ankle. Stays cold for 20 minutes or so.

Do you need an ice pack for an ankle or foot injury? This is it. I fractured my heel 7 weeks ago and ordered this about 2 weeks into recovery. It has worked excellent. Can even zap it in the microwave for a warm pack. Stays in place good and tight. Would probably work for an elbow injury as well. Worth the money.

I was Anxious I. Anticipation of this product, as I've been SUFFERING with an injury to my Achilles tendon. I have flat ice packs but they just weren't doing the trick, even when I tried wrapping them around my foot. This arrived ON TIME, as stated. The material is soft on outside with a Velcro strap to close it once you place your foot inside. I wear a size 7 woman's shoe and this is comfortable, and fits nice. I think I'll be ordering another one as backup/alternating ice pack. They include a bag to place item in when in Freezer to keep from picking up freezer orders. Good Value for the money.

Item purchased: Hilph Ankle Ice Pack Wrap This is hands down the best gel pack I have ever bought and I have a lot of them. I have a very bad case of Achilles Tendonitis going on right now and this ankle wrap has kept me on my feet. It gets very, very cold in the freezer and I have to put on 2 (thin) socks to keep my poor foot from freezing. It easily stays cold for 30 minutes and could probably go another 20 without the socks. It's super easy to put on and take off. I use it 2 or 3 times a day and just throw it back in the freezer in between uses. You might have to squish the gel around a little bit to get it in the right place when you take it out of the freezer, but no big deal. Excellent product!

After falling down the stairs and messing up my foot, I stubbornly refused a hospital visit and scrolled Dr. Amazon instead. These are amazing! They wrap around the foot and ankle beautifully - I'm "fluffy" and there was no problem, so I can say they will fit men and women of all sizes. I wish I knew they made these sooner. I used them hot and cold and they provided so much relief.

They wrapped my ankle pretty well. You do have to freeze them for several hours before they’re effective in reducing any soreness or swelling.

This ankle ice pack is really good. The gel is thicker than most i’ve tried and it really keeps the cold for a long time. It’s very comforting for my very painful ankle. I bought a different brand ice pack for my back, but the ankle one is so much better that i’m returning the other brand and buying the back wrap i. this brand as well.

It's pretty much perfect. Using after leg and ankle surgery. Tried another, more expensive, brand but it was too small for my foot (women's size 11) even with just moderate swelling. This one is comfortable and flexible. You can manipulate gel to get to every section of the wrap. Definitely recommend.
