But you get the hang of it quickly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well made and very effetive, but a bit awkward and slippery to hold when wet. *by A***A on 11 January 2026* This works very well for nasal irrigation, especially using the pulse system, and is much easier to use than netti pots or syringe systems. It's very well made with good quality hard plastics and accurately fitting joints. My only criticism is that the narrow, tapered design makes it slippery to hold when wet. When grasping it, it's too easy to drop it (it's quite heavy when full) or to press the power switch by mistake, squirting water in all directions. It would be improved by a ribbed neck for better grip, and shielding the control buttons to reduce the chance of pressing them accidentally.
