Bickmore Bick 4 Leather Conditioner 8 oz - Best Since 1882 - Cleaner & Conditioner - Restore Polish & Protect All Smooth Finished Leathers

I bought this conditioner to use on my 90s vintage Coach bags. They are glove tanned leather and will darken if the wrong products are used. This conditioner has worked well... a little goes a long way and it soon dries. As promised, it didn't darken the leather. The results are subtle as I have effectively 'fed' the leather, rather than applying a greasy coating, but I'm happy knowing they're being kept in good condition ready for the next 30 years. I won't risk use anything else, now I know this is safe. Some people have mentioned the scent being off-putting but I found my bottle doesn't smell strong or offensive and nothing lingers.

I got this to bring my well-worn Birkenstocks back to life, and it did exactly that. At first, I was a little worried — when you apply it, there’s a bit of temporary discoloration (they looked darker than expected), but don’t panic! Within about a day, they returned to their original color, just with a richer, more polished look. The leather looks restored, softer, and more vibrant. No greasy or sticky residue. No strong smell either — a bonus if you’re sensitive to that. It works without darkening over time and without clogging the leather like some other products. Also tried it on a bag and a wallet — worked perfectly there too. Honestly, if you’ve got leather goods that are looking a bit tired, this will breathe new life into them. Just apply evenly, let it sit, and give it a day — you’ll be impressed.

Good product, does what it’s meant to, it’s hard to get excited about a leather conditioner but I’m sure it’s helping the boots I bought it for

Used on 4 Ashwood leather jackets, tan, dark brown, grey and black. No colour issues, conditions well from what I can tell. Doesn’t smell that great. Smell doesn’t linger when dried. Once dried the leather smell comes back to life!

Purchased after reading on various forums what would be best to condition my Red Wing boots to extend the life of them as much as possible. Applies nicely and leather feels great after. No noticeable smell, dries quickly, easy to use and very effective

Bickmore Bick 4 is as good as advertised. Doesn't darken leather, doesn't leave spots, isn't sticky and I believe it will protect my favourite leather rucksack, too. It's a bit on the pricey side, but imported from the USA... I'd still recommend it regardless. Prompt delivery was very much appreciated! 😊

For my oiled leather Birkenstock sandals, cleaning the straps was a pain. Then I found this product which does the job wonderfully

Suprised at how much I needed for my cowboy boots and blundstones, as they really soaked it up but worked very well. They were getting a little dry and ashy/light coloured- this totally deepened them but didn’t change the colour at all or leave that shiny waxy look either. Will be a lifelong customer of this brand now!

Great value. This is an easy to apply and wipe on/wipe off leather lotion. Cleans, shines and moisturizes the leather without changing the leather’s color (just cleaner, more shiny looking). We’ve used it on many leather items and are very happy with the results. We don’t use it on suede or split-type leather, so no review on how it impacts those types of material. A little dab is all it takes, works well for us on leather purses, belts, coats/jackets, wallets, etc. Smells nice (to us) as well.
