Great mask. Intense cardio.

Exactly what i was after.

Works great just what I expected. It makes for a tough workout but that’s the point really. it comes with extra filters and valves to adjust your difficulty. Right size fits comfortably. Low cost. I felt my breathing was improved during my workout. it help increase lung capacity and makes lungs to work hard getting the oxygen. It is perfect mask for people who loves workout.

After a few days of trying this product I'm surprised to see it actually varies breathing difficulty both inhale and exhale phases.I'm excited to evaluate the results weeks and months later!

Mask doesn’t fit perfectly well but found that if i make the neck strap tight as possible it will do the trick. This mask is absolutely insane and makes me want to quit when i do cardio on the medium setting (which is a good thing). Doing hard cardio on the hardest setting makes me want to pass out (which means it’s doing my job). Would recommend
