SleepRight Breathe Aid Pack of 3

I purchased a pack of 3 of these, it said that they last approx 10 days, but as i only use them of a night time they are lasting much longer. I find them comfortable (pinched first night or two) but got much easier to put in. These are less intrusive than the bars i usually use. I got my hubby to try them but think they too small for him so he found them painful to use so gone back to the bars. Overall i like them and would recommend these.

I used to use the adhesive strips but they were a pain to put on and sometime would itch terribly. These are magic; easy to use and, for me, every bit as effective as the adhesive strips. One thing to note is that, as you use them, they loose their rigidity, so don't try to use a set of too long or they'll stop working as well. That said you get 3 in a pack and the cost is a very small price to pay for about 6 weeks of easy breathing at night.

This SleepRight is not going to help you breathe better or sleep better. I have done huge research before ending up buying this SleepRight nasal dilator. First things first, this dilator is rigid and might be good for many days of use. The pack comes with three of the same size and the size of the dilator is not a bother because it is flexible to adjustments. There is a tiny storage box included which can only fit one dilator at a time, so the rest of them have to be stored somewhere safe. After an hour or two you will feel irritation inside the nose. I could not find any benefit while sleeping or little did it help me other times. I bought this item for better breathing while awake and while sleeping. Your snoring will not stop after using this dilator, you will still snore. Recently I have found some breathing techniques from a Yoga book by B.K.S Iyengar. Oh my God !, believe me, my life is changing - you will find plenty of breathing techniques to help you sleep better and breathe better. I sometimes feel like my breathing is slow or stuck when I am thinking too much or doing something with utmost concentration. Reminding myself to take a deep breathe helps clear my chest and feels light and happy again. My recommendation to all the people who are looking for a remedy for better breathe and good sleep is to try breathing techniques from Yoga, you will not regret. My sleep is lot better since I started practicing Yoga. Now Yoga keeps reminding me to breathe all the time, enjoy the fresh oxygen. Yoga book by B.K.S Iyengar contains lots of information to improve the quality of life. I would like to help everyone recommending to get this book instead of any plastic nasal aids. Thank you.

On first using these, I really thought I'd found the solution to my problem. After insertion I found I could breath through my nose so much better . The first night all was good ,but then the problems started. No matter how I tried , and I followed the instructions to the letter , the device continued to fall out in the night . Perhaps if you sleep on your back and don't move they might remain in situ, but this was really annoying. Then I developed a very sore spot just inside the nose where the clip gripped. I really thought these were the answer but the 'one size fits all' design didn't work for me .

Not bad. They work better than the strips, and although they're a bit fiddly to get in, they're not as uncomfortable as you may expect. I have a very small nose, so they made it look quite funny all stretched out, but in an average nose I don't think that would be as much of a factor. The breathe aids are in plastic inside the box to avoid them getting damaged, and they come with a very handy little storage case. It's a good price considering you get 3 and they're reusable. I'm pleased with my purchase.

This are the only type that work for me, however I have found them hard to come by. Uncomfortable initially for the first few nights but they soften well and last about 6-8 weeks on average. I use these as an aid to help me breathe through my nose during sleep, so I don't wake up with a dry mouth and also I snore less.

Much more rigid than I thought they would be and quite large. Don't mold to fit my nose. Uncomfortable.

I bought this to try and open up my nostrils slightly at night to help me sleep better (not for snoring or sleep apnea). They tend to become slightly narrower at night due to congestion. The sleep aid was comfortable enough once I got used to it and it worked for my purpose.

Quando si inizia ad usarlo, non scoraggiatevi i primi giorni quando il mattino può risultarvi fastidioso l'averlo tenuto per tutta la notte, poi se ne sentirà l'esigenza per respirare più liberamente e dormire bene. Il costo è un po' elevato per un pezzetto di silicone, ma nella confezione se ne trovano 3, quindi per le mie necessità la durata complessiva è di più di 1 anno. Ne consiglio l'acquisto se vi svegliate con la bocca secca, o se spesso vi ritrovate a russare disturbando il compagno di dormite! Sicuramente in questi casi avete un problema legato alla respirazione nasale e, pur non facendoci molto caso, con questo strumento potrete migliorare il senso di riposo al risveglio al mattino. Ci sono diversi tipi di dilatatori nasali, credo serva provare quale si può meglio adattare alla propria conformazione. Spedizione nei termini previsti.

慢性的に鼻がつまるのが悩みでしたが、かなり楽になりました。 毎日きちんと清潔に洗浄すれば、記載されているよりも長く使えると思います。 指導されている付け方が上下逆の方が使用感がいいような気もしますが、そこは各自で試行錯誤してみては（笑）

Mein Problem ist nicht das Schnarchen sondernd ich bekomme sehr schlecht Luft und muß ständig Nasenspray nehmen.Im liegen wirkt sich das besonders schlimm aus.Ich habe mittlerweile 5 verschiedene Nasendilatatoren getestet und dieser hier ist der zweitbeste für mich! Der ist sehr angenehm zu tragen und ich empfinde ihn kein bisschen störend,was bei den anderen Nasendilatatoren nicht der Fall war.Das Wichtigste der öffnet noch viel besser die Nase als die anderen Dilatatoren. Da der so effektiv ist geht der Preis völlig in Ordnung.

These crazy little things actually work! I ordered about 4 different types of nasal opening anti-snoring dealies and these by far work the best. Let me tell you a few pros and cons but first the cons... Cons: -- They take some getting used to. They don't hurt at all but you can definitely feel them in your nose. I had trouble falling asleep with these in for several days. I would wake up and they would be out and on the nightstand (I must have taken them out without realizing). Just power through and try to keep them in. It is more of a tinglie feeling, definitely not painful. -- They are super easy to lose. the selection of "invisible" as a color choice makes them very difficult to find when you fling them across the room. -- They don't last forever. You will probably lose them (I am not sure how a few have NEVER turned up) before they wear out but they do lose their shape after a month or so (which is longer than they say they will last) Pros: -- They VERY SIGNIFICANTLY reduced my snoring. My partner is ecstatic and I wake up feeling more rested. I am just not going to get one of those CPAP things. My partner says that I still snore sometimes when on my back but it is barely noticible. When I forget to put them in or take them out because it is almost time to wake up anyway, I snore and get beaten in the side (not "i love you baby but you are snoring" beaten, like really mean scary beaten!). I have read a little about snoring online and apparently one of several causes can be that the side of your nose sorta collapses when you are asleep so your nasal passages are not open wide enough and you snore! This holds the nose open more widely and reduces that. As you fall asleep you may actually hear yourself snore one time when you have these in. I have no idea what causes that but it happens to me a lot. ONE snore and then I am fine. --I need a second pro or I shouldn't have made bullets. I think the price is pretty good and the simplicity is fantastic. This really is an item that can make a significant change in your life. I don't claim that it treats sleep apnea or anything else, but it has made me snore probably 80% less and that is worth it to me!

Cet appareil est loin d'être agréable à l'utilisation et le problème c'est qu'à chaque fois, à mon réveil, ce dernier n'était plus en place. Sans doute inconsciemment je devais l'enlever, résultat je n'ai jamais pu vérifier son efficacité...
