I have Stage II NA Fatty Liver and take a medication that is hard on my liver. I started having itching on my feet, ankles, legs and arms summer 2025, as well as abdominal pain in my right side. After only 30 days. I just had a ultrasound and got my results back. This from the doctor. Your current liver fibrosis scan is F0, 1.62 m/sec improved from 1.84 Fibrosis stage 2, good news.

I’ve had this on a subscription for a while now, and that alone has made a big difference for me.....I don’t have to think about reordering, and I get a discount each time, which adds up. One thing I appreciate is the ingredient combination.....it includes milk thistle (Siliphos) and NAC, which are commonly used in liver support supplements, but it’s all in one product instead of having to take multiple things separately. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have a strong aftertaste, which is always a plus with supplements. What I’ve learned with something like this.....it’s not about taking it once in a while, it’s about consistency over time. Having it set up on auto-ship makes it way easier to actually stick with. I also like that it fits easily into my daily routine without adding a lot of extra steps. If you’re looking for a straightforward supplement with well-known ingredients and want something easy to stay consistent with.....this is a solid option. I don’t know if the product works. It caused extreme itching on my skin. I believe it is likely the milk thistle in the pills. I react to some diary products.

I have fatty liver and have had abnormal ast and alt readings for a few years now. I started taking this about 3 months ago and also made diet changes . My 6 month blood test came back normal! Don’t know how much the supplements had to do with it but I plan to keep taking them.
