Great support and comfort!! Not too firm and not too soft. I've bought a lot of car seat cushions in my life and this one is Premium!!!

I was going to order the aylio cushion, or twice the price, but it was the highest rated cushion. When I found out that it would take over a month to deliver I decided to try the Cushy Tushy (cute name) instead. It works great and took care of my sit bone inflammation. I'm glad I bought this and I saved a lot of money.

This is helping me get through a period of time that I have painful sits bone pain. I use it in the car and in the house. It's the best one I bought for this condition. The sits pain will eventually go away but I intend to keep the Cushy Tushy Seat Custion.

It actually works pretty good for my hamstring tear at the sit bone. Because of the thickness, it's a bit tough to use in my Toyota Avalon (I'm 6' 0") which does not have much headroom, but the thickness seems right for relief - it's the car, not the cushion. It does work very well in my wife's SUV as it has more headroom and I can lower the seat. I do still use it in my Avalon though.

I have ischial bursitis AKA sit bone issues, ouch! I need to have this pillow with me whenever I go out or travel. Having the carry case is priceless! It has prevented me from having sitting pain on the plane the train a car or one of those very hard wood seats in a restaurant. If you have this kind of pain and need the pillow that has two holes in it this is the one to get! 😉👍

Returned, feels lumpy, cushion needs to be longer front to back, no side support. Went with Cushion Lab product. Better feel, provides side support. Side to side & front to back dimensions are the same.

Pros & Cons of 4 different cushions: Cushy Tushy – ONE side is much softer than the other. Sinks down on right side so you lean sideways. Softest, very comfortable, travel foldable. Maybe too mushy for decent back support. Poorly made. Janemiri – Holes way too far apart even with adjustable strap. Curves make alignment even tougher. Might work for larger size person. Aylio – about same density/firmness as iHealth, but holes are bigger so easier to line them up without thinking about it. Keeper. iHealth Fix – Firm cushion. Small holes mean you have to make sure you're on target. Aylio is better but more expensive. iHealth second best.

Great for long drives:no need to take breaks any longer:)

Really good it's comfortable

This is the very best cushion I have ever bought, and I’ve bought quite a few. The bag is really good too because I always felt conspicuous going into restaurants and pubs carrying a cushion.

This cushion works great if you have proximal hamstring tendinopathy. I was really suffering driving anything more than 20 minutes. Now I can drive 2 plus hours comfortably. I only use this in the car. I’ve been using it now for several months and it truly is a game changer.

I waited for several months before deciding on this purchase. Was looking for something based on its reviews. The one I wanted was out of stock and thought I would take a risk buying this. Appears as shown. Folds in half for easy travel. Even has a travel bag. Soft to touch. Support foam is good at first, slowly loses it’s firmness, yet still has enough cushion to allow you to sit for at least a hour. Even more when you flip it around. The holes for my sit bone lined up pretty good for me, average size women. So overall would rate this good enough to recommend.
