Inizialmente spaventata dal fastidio, in un paio di giorni l'ho adorato. Venti minuti risolvono davvero le tensioni della giornata e i piccoli dolori. Ottimo anche dopo la corsa e lo stretching! Non dò il massimo dei voti solo per la dimensione, ci starebbero molto bene 5 cm in più in lunghezza.

La compré porque me llamo mucho la atención que ayude a relajarse , a dormir mejor, y a mejorar la circulación sanguínea. La verdad es que no me lo creía, pero tampoco quería dejar de probarlo, por lo que me decidí a comprarla en Amazon por la facilidad que dan a la hora de poderla devolver. Llevo más de un mes usándola a diario y la verdad es que me relaja muchísimo , y también me ayuda cuando tengo dolor de cabeza No puedo valorar si ayuda a mejorar la circulación sanguínea de las piernas porque las molestias las tengo en verano, pero ya sólo por todo lo demás me vale la pena quedarme la esterilla e incluso me voy a comprar la almohada en breve. Eso sí, te tienes que acostumbrar a ella porque al principio pincha bastante.

I've had my Pranamat for maybe a week and I'm in love already. I've slowly gotten more adjusted to the uncomfortable part at the beginning so that doesn't last as long, although my lower back still needs a fabric barrier. I can feel the warmth & movement of circulation in my body once the uncomfy part's over, which was trippy at first, and now I look forward to it. I'm really amazed at how many uses this mat offers. I feel energized & relaxed, my muscles aren't as tight, and last night when I couldn't sleep, I laid on it for an hour in bed & slept soundly the rest of the night. I bought this mat to keep me limber in between physical therapy sessions & massage appointments, but now it's more like a reward that's actually good for me. Like, if ice cream had fiber & vitamins & no sugar but still tasted like ice cream. :)

Absolutely love this mat, I use this everyday now! I suffer from back pain and just spending 15mins on pranamat leaves me feeling relieved. At first the lotus spikes can feel quite sharp, but you get used to it (it’s a good type of pain). 100% happy with this product!
