THERABAND Resistance Bands Set, Elastic Bands for Exercise & Physical Therapy, Strength Training for Upper & Lower Body Fitness

My physical therapist recommended I use these bands at home after a knee injury. My knee was immobile for weeks after the injury leading to muscle wasting and flexibility issues. These bands were a lifesaver both strengthening the muscles and helping flexibility. They are strong and hold up well. There is no funky smell (which was a concern!) and have held up perfectly. They function as they should and I’m glad I purchased them. This set also comes with varying strengths so lasted while I progress through PT

Never written a review, was told I will get 3 bands as on the website,...got 2. No way to contact seller and report problem, have to return. Sucks that it's a good product that does it's job but shipping humans messed up and send me 2/3 of a product I paid for. And of course, it is the BEGINNER band they left out....

I use these every other day. They are very good quality.

Great investment

The product itself is 5 stars...I ordered the black, blue and yellow bands. Amazon sent me the blue and black 2 pack. I processed the return for replacement and amazon again sent me the same 2 pack. Great job amazon...

I should have read the reviews. Two issues: 1. These bands are NOT "identical pull force to TheraBand latex." They are stiffer, and they are harder to hold onto, also. 2. The webpage says three bands, but the box says (and contains) only two. The date on another review suggests this problem has persisted for nearly a year.

After having my left shoulder replaced, the Physical Therapist I had been seeing gave me a pair of red bands tied together along with a single band. to use in between visits. Having the bands tied together allowed me to work both arms and shoulders at the same time. He prescribed a list of excercises to specifically work on muscle strength in my left arm and back muscles. The red colored band worked great for 2 months before tearing. I spliced the single band with the remaining length but it wasn't giving me enough resistance. I found these on Amazon and ordered (2) sets of the yellow, blue and black. The red band resistance is listed greater than the yellow but the blue and black I thought would offer a suitable progression over the next 4-6 months. They are very comfortable, well made and have helped significantly in building muscle in my left shoulder and arm that had atrophied following surgery.

The Theraband Resistance Bands Set (Yellow, Blue & Black) are excellent quality. They have a great stretch, feel professional-grade, and seem very durable. My only complaint is with the ordering process. The first time I purchased, I only received the blue and black bands. Amazon quickly sent me a replacement, but I still had to go through the hassle of returning the first set - which kind of takes away from the convenience of delivery. Unfortunately, the replacement box also only included the blue and black bands, no yellow. At this point, I’m over it and will make do without the yellow band.

These are great quality and don't leave a nasty latex smell on your hands.
