Why is there no dust bag or registration if this is authentic?

Coach does not provide dust bags on the whole line of handbags. You may have some Coach tags in some pockets. I have never seen any kind of registration paperwork on any product that I offer from Coach. I assure you any Coach bag offered by White Dog Gifts is authentic.

Is the chalk white off white ?

In my opinion, the chalk is an off-white color; definitely not pure white nor would I say beige.
