Great for lots of functions
I use this a lot with my training clients. I’ve bought extras and given them to people or directed them to buy their own of this product. I’ve never had one lose integrity or break. I use it for various upper and lower body activations and it works great for all. One of the few products I suggest everyone has at home.

Great all around band not as good as the perform better. These are about 75% as good as the perform better brand bands but they cost 50% less so there’s a great value in these and for some odd reason the rubber on these seems durable

not as strong as some other black bands
This looks and feels like it is good quality, but it was not as strong as the black band at my physical therapist office so I had to return it.
