Truly fantastic and long lasting
I have had one of these for 15-20 years (bought from John Lewis) and it is truly fantastic for crisping in the microwave. The only reason I am replacing it now is because it has been dropped once too often on a stone floor and is warped and buckled.

Gute Schale
Nach mehreren Jahren des Gebrauchs der der zur Microwelle mitgelieferten Schale musste es eine neue sein, obwohl ich die alte immer noch verwende. Deshalb die Einschätzung der baugleichen bisher genutzten. Die Schale ist wie ich schrieb, mehrere Jahre 1 - 2 mal wöchentlich im Gebrauch. Die Crisp-Leistung ist eine Kombination und dient sowohl der Erwärmung durch Microwellenenergie (innen) und äußerer Erwärmung bzw. Bräunung. Das entscheidende ist die Zeitdauer. Da muss man Erfahrungswerte (auch abhängig von der Menge bzw. Größe). Ich nutze sie bei Fischstäbchen, Hähnchenflügel u.ä. (z.B. 15 Fischstäbchen ca. 10 min.)Nach mehreren Jahren setzte sich an der Platte dunkler Abbrand ab, der keinen Einfluß auf die Garung hatte. Mich bewegte es aber, einmal eine neue Schale zu kaufen. Für die Innenfläche keine Metallgegenstände verwenden. Die Abschabungen der Farbe am äußeren Rand durch den Griff ist ohne Belang.Hans
