Does the lid easy to come off ?

Customers did reflect this issue to us previously, and we improved the product mold immediately. Now Upgrade Version is available and we make sure the silicone lid is more tight than before. Now its not easy to remove lid by baby.

Is this straw cup 100% leakproof?

Premium silicone is used to make sure the the cup body is sturdy, to prevent leaking while the kids grab and squeeze the cup. Lid is tight, So It also reduces the possibility of leakage to a large extent. It may leak a little if tipped upside down

The cup has only 120 ML, is this cup tiny?

It’s perfect size for kids to hold the cup independently. The kids is not skilled at the beginning of training, too much water can only create more messy for the parents and add the difficulty of learning to our kids. We can change cup once kid grows

Some customers claim about the cup is a bit heavy, is that true?

We designed the extra weight on the base for providing stability and sensory awareness to reduce spillage,and preventing messes. However we did lots of research and test over and over again to make sure the weight is within the reasonable range.

CHEATS - Misleading product description. IT IS NOT PACK OF 5.

UPDATE: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION WRONGLY SAYS PACK OF 5 BUT THEY DELIVER ONLY ONE QTY. THE RETURN FAILED BECAUSE THEY SAY I NEED TO RETURN 5 QTY. The cup is so small that barely 100ml will fit in. Also the product description is misleading... It says pack of 5. Spend your money elsewhere.
