It doesn't charge up and I put it on the belt and it doesn't even turn on. So I either have to take the loss or go through the hassle of returning it. I was pretty excited about it, I guess I guess I should have paid attention when it said this item is returned often. I won't recommend this to others. It would be nice if you just send me the part that charges replacement without going through the hassle of a return, and all that. I threw away the box and everything thinking it was going to work. that's on me

Took care of back pain and sciatic pain in no time. The main complaint I have is the non reversible connector. A standard USB type C is would have been much more convenient. The power port is very fragile and after a couple of months usage it became more and more difficult to charge, making it useless.

This item is the bomb for muscle and stomach stimulation. It will make you feel like you've been working those abs a long time after first use . No results on first try but wow I know there will be. I had it on 20 but the next time I did that after charging it I thought I was frying so caution, I can take a lot of pain at the price of beauty . Just don't straight to 20 ladies. I've had this a couple of months and loved it up until now. I'm really disappointed, it's like the connection from the control snap on isn't working right. I have to put something over it to hold it tight so it will work properly. I'm gonna reach out to the company to see if they can send me a new one?? Update: controller went out completely. Still waiting to hear from company...smh.

I suffer from sciatic nerve pain... although the belt is for abs I use it for my legs... my favorite mode is #4 & I put it on level 5.... I just got it today & charged it up & I literally placed it on my leg where my pain is & it feels soooo good to me as if someone is giving me a massage.. becarful though cause it will shock u if u got the level to high..not in a bad way but it scared me cause it started vibrating & I wasn't expecting it....overall I love it...

I can't really give an option on how effective this product is due to faulty unit. This is the second one I got after sending the first one back for the shocking unit not charging, even after trying different cords. Don't waste your money on buying this.

Working from home lacks exercise so this helps with toning the abs a little. Slowly increasing the intensity.
