Look is really good. Installation was quick. Need to pay extra for pipe 1000/- and installation 600/- But it’s worth it. Use glen only for installation.

I purchased this Glen kitchen chimney recently and I am very satisfied with the performance. The suction power is strong and it easily removes smoke and oil fumes while cooking. It keeps my kitchen fresh and clean even during heavy frying. The design is modern and stylish, which enhances the overall look of my kitchen. The noise level is also quite low compared to my previous chimney. Installation was smooth and the service team was cooperative and professional. Cleaning is easy, especially if you choose the auto-clean model. The touch controls and LED lights work perfectly. Overall, this is a value-for-money product from Glen. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable kitchen chimney.

Don't buy Glen product quality and service issue
Don't buy it .within 1 year raised approximately 6 complain bad service given by Glen. Everytime required 4 to 5 times follow up after that engineer visit and randomly told that faulty mother board but they will not replace it. Very bad don't buy it

Service Support is most important things , but not geting any response from service center
Service response is very slow ,, i have order this chimney - but service center is not recieving my calls ,, chimney installation ke vese ki vese rkhi hui hai ,, if i do installation my self then i will not be eligible to claim warenty,, i have call to customer care ,,and log complains through wattsup number but no proper response is there , uou can see my screen shot , Glen bot registor my complains and saying that i will recieved call in 24hrs but not recieved any call,s ,, i am looking this fake company which making fools the people , finaly i will not recommend to take any product from Glen,,becouse service support is most important things
