Satisfactory product and service
The media could not be loaded. The chimney stopped functioning after 20 days due to circuit burn out. Fortunately same day got a call from Amazon to review the product. I told them its become faulty. They arranged to replace the circuit board. Now its functional. Thanks to Amazon and Glen. It is not silent iand produces heardable sound. Can't know it is cleaning when clean button pressed.

Glen got worst service please don’t buy if you do not have 5-7 working days to waste
Pathetic service chimney is lying useless almost for a week.Glen got pathetic service, its installation people are unprofessional and lies all the time.Already fooling for last 2 days and now I Will book through urban company.Not sure if tomorrow I need service on my product the pain is going to be worse.You need to get walls holes on your own they only visit to out 2 stews on wall hang the chimney and take 550+ taxes out of your pocket
