Mi plancha es perfecto!
Since buying this plancha book I have used many of the recipes. I hardly used conventional pans anymore. Both meat and vegetables are cooked to perfection. Only thing missing is the sunshine of Spain! You may wish to vary some of the cooking times to suit the thickness of your meat/vegetables etc. Other than that it is great and no more multiple plans to wash.

Some unusual recipes
All easy to follow and nice photography. Could be used for a conventional BBQ as well. Easy to follow I got good results.

Abysmal
I bought this book 10 years ago when I moved to France and one of my first culinary purchases was a big outdoor gas plancha - judging by the displays in the DIY sheds here planchas are maybe even more popular than BBQs (I do live in the SW so that may not be true across the country, I don't know).10 years on and I still use my plancha every week, even through the winter (I have a rain shelter over it) and when I spotted this book on my bookshelf the other day I thought "I wonder why I never look at that book any more?"Well, that is because it is so basic as to be effectively useless and I feel conned out of the purchase price. As another reviewer has pointed out, it essentally says the same for every recipe - "take the food and put it on the plancha until cooked!" Well quelle surprise.Fortunately there are some interesting books on plancha cooking in Spanish, French and even German, but this is the only one I have found in English and it is a travesty. Avoid.

Lots of Marinades
This book has some interesting ideas for plancha cooking, but a lot of it is focused on what you marinade your given meat, fish, seafood, chicken in first. Good for basics and a bit of fun.

Replace the Barbicue
This book together with the Plancha itself is fantastic. (Our plancha has all but replaced the Barbi) Very pleased with the recipe book as it goes into alot of detail but in a simplistic way
