This book is a must if studying the history and production of Scottish whiskeys. The information is presented in great detail but in an easily read and understood form. An ideal reference book to carry if planning on visiting distilleries as reading it beforehand gives a much better understanding of processes in the production of Scotch whisky. His YouTube demonstrations are also very educational!
