Ender 5s1 perfect upgrade/repladement!
Had my extruder break on me, and this product came in fast, and has been working like a charm since. I have 0 issues with heating so far, and it was easy to change out.

Outstanding Replacement Hotend
Verified all tubes are correctly in place. Assembly is correctly oriented. Input at the top of the radiator (tube quick-release) is nicely upgraded from plastic (on my hotends that were installed on my two E5 S1's from the factory) to aluminum. Bolts attaching the heater block to the radiator are tight. Set screw fixating the heatbreak into the radiator is tight. Both electrical and thermocouple connections in the heater block are tight. Fresh silicon heat sock properly in place. Standard brass nozzle included (which I'll replace, but nice to see). All in all, 10/10.

Heat Block installed backwards - inspect before installation
Perfect fit replacement. Knocked off one star because the heat block was installed backward to the heat sink, and the securing screws did not align. An easy fix, just detach the block with 2 screws and spin it around, but there’s no reason that shouldn’t have been caught by the manufacturer.

Good quality
I recently purchased the Creality Ender 5 S1 Extruder Hotend Kit and couldn't be happier with my choice. The kit was a perfect fit for my 3D printer, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Installation was straightforward, and the components are clearly designed to last. The high-temperature and high-speed capabilities have significantly enhanced my printing projects, offering reliability and efficiency. I highly recommend this kit to anyone looking to upgrade their 3D printer's performance. It's a top-notch product that delivers on its promises.

Missing interior bowden tube
Bought two of these after having a major clogging issue with the original after a few thousand hours of printing. These for whatever reason are being shipped without the bowden tube inside of the radiator. This made for some tremendous headaches over the past few months. Made it nearly impossible to feed filament into and make it to the heatblock.Missed my return window on the first one unfortunately. Take the top end off upon arrival and make sure the very small piece of bowden tube is present and swap it with some Capricorn if you have it... this piece is NOT ready to be installed on printer without that tube.

Internal bowden tube missing-ish.
I don't know if this is true for all of them, but the one I received earlier this week had a bowden tube issue. The tube that connects to the drive unit was too long and there was no internal bowden tube (running through the heat sink). I suspect that the extra length on the connector was the missing piece of internal tube, but I can't be sure because I snipped it early on and didn't have it while fighting my alignment issues.Spent most of the work week fighting with the unit, swapping out nozzles and checking various online fixes until I saw another review mentioning the missing internal bowden tube. I checked mine, and there was no tube in a chamber clearly cut to fit one. That being handled, it seems to be working properly. I'll update after my test print.

QC out the window on this part
I have purchased this exact replacement before, the last one was awesome. I want to make it clear that these parts do work. However, due to a malfunction caused by myself, I had to order another. The Quality Control is just not there on this part. The PTFE tube is way longer than it needs to be, not a big deal. The screws holding it together were not all tightened, but the two screws holding the heater block were not torqued right. Pretty big deal. The whole hot end was leaning to one side because one of those screws was tightened WAY more than the other one to balance it out. I fixed this, tightened the rest, and noticed that the set screw to hold the heatbreak in place was cross threaded. Super big deal. Pictures have been included to show you. Please check your replacement parts prior to installing your $100 diamondback nozzle on the hot end before it malfunctions and destroys your nozzle, hotend, buildplate, and print itself. I want to send it back or preferably get a replacement since shipping here is astronomical.
