Review: Easy to grip. - Very soft and cushioned, but if you have very small hands, these weights will be somewhat hard to hold.
Review: Made of Soft, Attractive Nylon-like Fabric - I needed light weights like these to exercise my arm after rotator cuff surgery on my shoulder. These do the job. The neoprene fabric will not be as durable as steel weights. But I will not need them after I complete physical therapy. And in the meantime they are easy to handle, attractive, soft to the touch and make no noisy clatter like steel weights.
