I’m a PE teacher and use resistance bands often. These WIKDAY bands have consistent tension, don’t roll up, and feel durable during workouts. They’re easy to carry and work well for warm‑ups, strength training, and mobility. Good value for anyone needing reliable exercise bands.

Love the workout bands. Colors are cute, stretch is great, resistance & range of motion are both great too! They fit perfect in the travel pouch which makes them organized & portable. The price was terrific!

Great quality for the price. I wish I would have gotten less resistance, but these still work great. I like the bag they came with, but are hard to shove in there.

Definitely get the job done worth every penny the only thing I don’t like about it is that it rolls down when you place them over your leg other than that it’s still great quality.

Good deal on loop bands - the labeling disintegrates quickly so mark them with a Sharpie for identifying resistance strength. They're an excellent addition for building stability while doing other exercises (ie kettlebell swings while a loop band is stretched knee to knee). Nice packaging and instruction/sample exercises insert. Good value.

I like these. Used these for awhile now. These hold well and do the work perfectly. So far so good.

Nice bands but are only 2" wide not 5" as listed. When moving them on legs or feet they roll into a thin band and difficult to flatten out and hurt when putting pressure on them doing reps. I have other bands (not looped) and they are 5" wide which seems to be standard. I will order another brand. Update... The light and medium bands roll on ankle and legs. They are ok for upper body exercises. The heavy yellow and red bands are thicker rubber so do not roll on ankles and knees. Glad I can use them.

I picked these up mainly for stretching at work. I spend a lot of time sitting, and I was starting to feel stiff just getting up and moving around. I wanted something simple I could keep nearby and use without making a big deal out of it. That’s exactly how these ended up getting used. I keep them at my desk and run through a few quick stretches during the day. Nothing complicated, just enough to loosen things up and get some movement in. They slip on easy and don’t take any setup, so it’s easy to actually use them instead of ignoring them. They’ve been doing what I needed them to do. I feel less stiff when I get up, and it’s been a simple way to break up sitting for long stretches. Overall, no complaints. They work the way I expected and fit right into my day without any hassle.
