Hi, any chance of this fitting a 100mm drain?

Yes it will fit a clay 100mm drain because it fits around the outside of the pipe. It may be a bit loose and need packing out on a modern plastic pipe but it works wonders for vermin infestations. Keith

Does this stop sewer smells, we get smells in our new onsuite from around the pan

It definitely stops smells from sewer backing up an outlet pipe but not sure about inside the house. I wouldn’t have thought smells could get through the water barrier sat in the pan/ waste trap. Might be some other issue.

Does the flap hold shut if upside down. I need to install on a pipe which goes in to a hopper so the flap will be upside down. Will it stay shut

Hi, the flap will open if the valve is turned or installed upside down so No. However it can be locked closed in that position by using the red flap to lock closed. Tony

Hi,I'm not sure what you mean,I fitted mine onto the end of of sewage outlet pipe in the manhole outside.
