Like-New Amazon Fire 7 tablet (newest model) 7” display, read and watch, under $60 with 10-hour battery life, 16 GB, Black

The one thing I have learned from Amazon is to trust their refurbished items and this is no exception. The battery life is great, it is not too small, and very user friendly.

I have an autistic child who loves being able to control the volume and speed of the movies he watches and the fire tablets have been the most durable. He recently messed up the sound on his fire 8 HD and it just broke his little heart. I debated getting a smaller tablet, but decided to go ahead and do it (he mainly watches on the fire 10 hd). At first I was a little worried because it seemed so small compared to the 10 and even the 8. However, he loves it! It connects to WiFi without issue and it's a great size if you're into reading. The Amazon Fire 7 tablet os light and fast and, best of all, can last about 11 hours before needing to charge! It's the perfect size for reading and for taking on outings. The tablet I received looked just as good as the brand new ones, no scratches, dents, etc. I highly recommend.

I needed a quick tablet to get online for a decent price, this tablet has been great, sometimes its a little sluggish , i think its the wifi limit and the low ram , but it does everything i need which is browsing, prime and youtube if you do more, getting a better model may be better.

I found that I really didn't like reading on a Kindle and of course color magazine wouldn't display at all. So I was using my iPad most of the time but decided that I wanted something smaller and cheaper in case I lost. This fits my needs. The Amazon store is limited didn't have two of my book apps so I installed the other company App Store. Not too hard as long as you follow the directions exactly. The screen on the tablet is fine for reading books and magazines as long as you are not outside in bright sun. For doing much of anything except reading, it is incredibly slow and very aggravating. The battery life is very good (though nothing like the Kindle) and if you use a higher wattage adapter the charging speed is very good. I bought it on sale and traded in an old echo dot for another 20% off so the price was VERY reasonable. Keep your expectation low and it will fit your needs a very low cost. Just don't begin to compare to an iPad or any of the higher priced Android tablets.

I bought this back in June because of price and knew my old kindle would soon be unable to pull my books from my library. That is all I use my kindle for as I have a large tablet. I very much regret getting it. Very difficult to use after my old kindle. 2 things I do not like. Alexa is forced to be on there. I don't want it. The other is the font size. It will not adjust in the kindle app and is too small so it is basically useless to me. To late to send back so I will sell it and read on my big tablet. Quit trying to have these tablets take over. You forced kindle readers to update and then ruin the experience.

What a great buy. I had all Apple products before but they are so expensive and become obsolete in a few short years. So no more iPads and iPad minis. I bought a kindle refurbished. Stopped charging after a few weeks. But wasn’t really happy with it so instead of rebuying when Amazon credited me, I decided to look for a reader but also in color and nicer screen and the fire tablet is amazing. I wish I would have bought these instead of iPads for so many years. Does everything an iPad does but cheaper and I even like the look better. The only thing that I hate and of course why it is so inexpensive are the adds for apps. If I want to look for an app, I will go to the App Store. I don’t need advertisements on my home page but that is why these are cheap. The kindle had the ads too unless you bought an add free one but who wants to spend that kind of money. Or has that kind of money nowadays ha ha. So great device. The refurbished looked brand new. I even got one for my husband as a gift. Looked and packaged like a new device but saved a lot of money. Which is why I went ahead and bought one as a gift for me too. Got two great cases for us. We couldn’t be happier. He reads and watches YouTube videos. I read and shop on Amazon. Admittedly I do more shopping then reading which is why I bought a kindle first but it was boring so here we are. Two happy people with our refurbished kindles.

This is the perfect tablet for anyone who is looking for a way to keep the kids quiet on road trips. I got this kindle for my little cousin and it kept her quiet for the entire road trip, with great brightness and 10 hour battery life, this kindle was a true life saver.

Works well, no blurring or instability while operating. It looks like any other Fire tablet, with the same features as past models. I expect that it will last 16 years, as my last Fire did. I have dropped it without any damage to the tablet.
