I put the two batteries in the remote, nothing happened, then I looked at the positive coil spring , the spring was flat not making contact with the battery, so I stretched it out I bit, replaced the batteries, And away it went. The control is lighter then the original one Buttons same nice and firm , work straight away, after the small problem, Good for the money, don't suppose it will last as long as the original one

Worked , did the job to keep my Panasonic 3d Plasma working , which STILL has a great picture , which makes me ask , why oh why did Panasonic stop producing their fantastic plasmas and the 3D , stupid move in my opinion !!!

My original Panasonic remote control continues to function but, annoyingly, the volume rocker control has started to become very slow to respond. Seeing this replacement at a reasonable price I decided to take a chance and find it an excellent replacement. All the buttons, as well as the volume and channel shift rockers, on this particular substitute are identically placed to those on the manufacturer's remote and there are no omissions, while every one is very responsive. The replacement worked out of the pack with no need to 'pair' to my TV. I am delighted with my purchase.

Initially worked well but this is my 2nd attempt at getting a replacement remote because the red off button stops working on previous one I bought from somewhere else. Unfortunately the same thing happened after about 5 months the red off button ceases to work appears to be a common fault as last 3 remotes have failed in same way real pain. O reason why the most important button fails on all remotes and after about 4 to 8 months. So not buying again back to old school get up switch TV off and on manually

Excellent product. I wasn't sure that it would work just as it said it would, but it did! Just put batteries in and it was perfect. Would certainly recommend it. It is identical to the one I had which is many years old and has been dropped multiple times and finally needed to be replaced.

The item is great, although my mum who has dementia seems to wear them out , after six months or so it becomes difficult to turn on and off or change channels and I buy a new one. I don't mind as the price is reasonable

This product is very good no setup required, works straight out of the box!
