Really useful water bottle for running. I store this in my running belt and it’s perfect for that. Can’t really tell it’s there and it doesn’t leak even when stored horizontally on its side. It does impart a little bit of a taste into the water, however this has been lessening over time and I expect will go completely at some point. Easy to fill and clean, and absolutely no durability issues so far.

I bought this Salomon soft flask for running and it has been a brilliant upgrade from my old bottle. It feels light in the hand, and once you start drinking and the bottle compresses, it becomes even easier to carry. The high flow valve is genuinely good too. You get a quick drink without having to squeeze hard or fiddle around with anything. The material feels sturdy and the opening is wide enough to fill quickly, even from a tap in a park. It slots neatly into a running vest pocket and doesn’t bounce around, which makes a difference on longer runs. No complaints at all. If you want a reliable, comfortable soft flask that just works, this is a great choice.

Great price for the best soft flasks in my opinion. Perfect for additions to my collection for longer ultras. They’ve never let me down.

Perfect for running

Quality of the product is fine. More the function whilst using, hard to store in running vest, becomes as expected floppy and therefore a pain to run with if being stored without a large pocket.

The best soft flask for all your outdoor adventures! Fits really comfortably in the big pockets of a running vest without weighing you down too much. Doesn't leak while running due to the bite valve technology, and is super easy to clean (it essentially turns inside out). Really high quality and durable which is expected from Salomon at a great price point.

bought to fit into a Solomon vest. A slight plastic taste at first. but I filled them with lemon juice for a day and that seemed to fix it. I store them open so they can breathe. Water is so boring anyway. I put a weak squash solution in them. Water is boring and if your using then for distance you might as well but a little fuel with it. Using them takes practice. Its not enough to suck. The flow is quite minimal. You have to squeeze them, and you still don't get it all out. I'm still getting used to drinking while gasping for breath.

For decades I have used a bladder in my rucksack which is a wonderful way of drinking little and often with the big, big problem that it is hard to know how much fluid you have left. Never a good idea to discover you're almost out of water at 8 miles with another 3 or 4 to go . . . These soft flasks (I have 4) weigh less than one bladder, have the same carrying capacity, and are overall easier to manage and keep clean. Wish I had discovered them sooner.

Uso questa Salomon Soft Flask da 500 ml da qualche settimana per correre e camminare in montagna. Il materiale è morbido ma resistente, e si adatta bene al gilet o allo zaino senza dare fastidio. La valvola funziona molto bene: il flusso è regolare e non perde neanche quando la borraccia è piena. Mi piace il fatto che si “sgonfia” man mano che si beve, così non rimane aria dentro e non fa rumore durante la corsa. Si pulisce facilmente, basta sciacquarla e lasciarla asciugare aperta. Un piccolo dettaglio: quando è nuova ha un leggero odore di plastica, ma sparisce dopo un paio di lavaggi. Nel complesso è un prodotto ben fatto, pratico e comodo da usare. Salomon si conferma una garanzia per questo tipo di accessori.

Si tú chaleco es Salomón si es muy necesario este bidón, porqué las bolsas del chaleco son muy estrechas, si no hay otras marcas de bidones muy buenas y a mitad de precio que son más grandes pero caben bien en todas las demás marcas de chalecos.
