Lots of ice tea!..but i think bulk is the way to go.now im not looking all.over for this product. I have raspberry and peach. bit spendy. But you will have plenty of flavored tea. You can cut down on th e mixture. I have a quart at a time. Started out with 3 scoops. To sweet. Went down to 2.5 scoops.. still to sugary. 2 and 1/4 scoop.perfict. not so sugary,but taste is there!. I dont like the taste of fake sirger. Icky..Wofks well for brandy summer drink. I always shake up my little quart pitcher. Making sure its all shook up... a l so got quart pitcher on Amazon. Just right for us elderly persons to pick up and pour !! got a screw on top leak proof and if you wanted to. You can drink right fron spout!

Think it has normal sugar content. Great for hydration. It is portability. Easy to mix up. Effectiveness for helping with hydration.

When I make mine, I add frozen peaches to give it a taste like no other. this is caffeine free. it contains 23 g of sugar. The price was reasonable for the size containers that were received. They have many different varieties, peach, fruit punch, pink lemonade, lemonade and many more.
