Energizer LED Strip Energy Saving Lightbulb, S15s, 6 W, Warm White

Brilliant bulb, for those confused about the energy rating, the scale recently changed in 2021, the standards have doubled so this bulb would have been and A but is now and f, currently there are no bulbs that are better than a C and that is to allow the lighting company’s room to innovate. Rest assured that this bulb is still very efficient and cheap to run, in layman’s terms, you will be good if you get a low wattage bulb and it is bright enough for your needs, and this bulb most definitely is.

Used to replace the original bulb in our bedroom light in our van and this fitted perfectly. The old one heated up a lot to the point you cannot touch it after it’s been on for about 10 minutes. With this, there is 0 heat and it’s either just as bright or maybe even a bit brighter. I’d read some reviews that said the bulb is ever so slightly smaller than the one it was replacing and didn’t work for them, but I had no such issues. It fitted perfectly and works a treat.

A really good replacement for the same sized traditional strip bulb, which gives off a bright white light - ideal for use under cupboards and above worktops in the kitchen. The life of these should be a whole lot longer than the traditional ones, and they use a lot less juice. A great replacement.

Perfect replacement for a traditional tube light and just as bright, however a fraction of the cost to run as LED. Just ensure the correct length and remember when replacing in a bathroom you will probably need to install the cover to the light fitting when testing, as this is normally a safety feature of bathroom lights. At first I incorrectly assumed the LED tube wasn’t working, only realising after I replaced the cover that it was working.

Seems fine. Bought it for a Linolight where the tube was missing for a property we'd bought. A bit confusing in what was missing but in fact just the tube. Went for this one, LED and powerful. LL5733 is the PDF for the Linolight if it ever happens to you. Slot into the short end and push down as per the Linolight instructions. It's a 284mm tube. That's when the penny dropped that nothing was missing from the light since the pin distance was that :).

The lamp arrived safely within 24 hours of ordering. It fitted perfectly into a Crabtree shaver/mirror light fitting. The lamp produced significantly greater light output and whiter light than the yellow tinged 60 Watt tungsten filament lamp it replaced. At a stroke the energy consumption was reduced by 90% and light output increased. Result. Only time will tell whether the lamp life is better than the filament lamp though. Update (19 January 2022): Very pleased to report that the lamp is still working fine having been used several times a day every day for 5 years.

arrived 4 days before estimate , and WOW is this bright......it replaces a 7w energy saver ......its at least twice as bright.......and for less energy .....really was surprised , if used without a cover diffuser would be even brighter but my old bathroom shaver point has a pearl diffuser as part of the assembly......worth every penny if it lasts the 15 years claimed....I used to buy an old 60w type every 6 months for about the same price...

On the product description, it says that the energy class is A+, while on the actual package it says it's F!
