I always used a cheap opener to open our wine. It worked okay, but I destroyed a few corks along the way. My daughter told me I should get a “good” opener and, based on the reviews, I bought this one. I did not realize it would make such a big difference in the ease of opening a bottle. Great purchase.

It doesn’t have to be fancy to be the best at what it does. This girl slays any cork.

Love the color of this wine key!The blade is okay, have had better but it still gets the job done. The helix is solid and does not wobble when open. My only true complaint is the 1 step lever is very prominent and catches the cork when using the second step lever. You can lift it out of the way, but it is just an extra unnecessary step. Otherwise, love the wine key.

Close tolerance fit on all pivots,coated screw works excellently, soft touch handle BIG plus! Tips: Make sure the screw is centered in the cork(most important)also when looking to purchase any remover tool consider the size of your hand, this particular remover is best suited for small to medium hands in my opinion.

These high quality incredibly well engineered wine openers are the best. PERIOD !

The parts are fairly tight. Not too tight, but it definitely won't open on its own.The attached knife is fairly sharp, cuts foil well.
