2 Pcs Rocker Knife for Disabled, 8x3'' One Handed Adaptive Equipment Gadget

I cooked a piece of steak the next day after receiving the 2 utensils. Previously could not cut my steak properly with a steak knife with one hand. The new knife was sharp and you just roll over the steak for a fast clean cut. Recently lost right arm so I am purchasing these items to use with left hand. I have had no problems with this items. Just purchase what you think you need to get the job done. I have so far been very pleased with the inexpensive to the higher priced items purchased so far. 8 for 8.

I have RA and this knife makes it easier to cut my food.

Great for a one-handed person I would give 100 stars for this knife because five stars is not enough it's sharp enough to cut the meat raw or cooked and so easy to clean

Purchased because I fractured my right shoulder. It was very easy to use with my left hand (I’m right handed) and sliced right through steaks, ham, porkchops with ease. Although the sharpness was great when I received, after 6 months it became decreasingly less sharp even though I only used it sporadically and on grilled meat (not raw). Easy to clean with quality handle and blade materials. Not sure about value for money since I did not really shop around too much. Although I have recovered the use of my right arm this rocker knive was an absolute necessity until then.

Love this. Can't do without. Price and quality are fine.

K lost jse of one hsnd due yo stroke this adapyive device gives me indepfndence; very shatp (cuts steak. broccoli. Shape workd eell in s bowl

I bought these because I like to make spicy salmon sushi. Tuna. I use big cleavers but the sound that I make from hitting the cutting boards disturbed and neighbors. So I bought these and I use them just tap them down and they were fine. My spicy salmon and spicy tuna have never been as evenly cut. They’re very sharp, so be careful.

I bought this knife for my disabled Vet brother. He has the use of only 1 hand. When he got it, he called me. He never does that. It was obviously a hit. There is nothing like independence to boost your dignity.

it is what it is. perfect for a neuropathy

Good but paint chips off

It really does make things easier!

Great product for a person with use of one hand. Sharp and easy to use once the person understands the rocking movement of the cutting edge.

I'm a recent upper limb amputee, so tools like this are critical for me. Extremely sharp and sharpens easily, but not dishwasher safe. The paint on the wooden handle washed off.
