It is about 8" wide 2 " deep. Will hold medium flour tortillas but not the burrito size.

I'd like to use this for tortilla sandwich wraps, would this keep them fresh? They stale quickly if package they come in doesn't seal properly.

Cold yes, heated flour tortillas can be kept warm for 20 minutes aided by a soft cloth napkin

What kind of plastic is this made out of? is it bpa free?

It's more like a resin type material. It's dishwasher and microwave safe. I love mine!

where is this product made

I'm not sure where it is made but it is very thin material. Could probably get the same or similar product an a dollar type store. However I purchased a larger one which was called Nordicware and it was heavier duty and made in the USA.
