Great support and quality
The ergonomics of car sear back and head rests are odd and my spine doesnโt like them. This headrest fit my car well and has helped with neck issues.

Mine came with some sort of stain on it.
In the pictures you'll see the white stain on the head rest. A friend of mine is a part of the amazon VINE program so he gets to test out products for free, this was one of them. He ended up giving it to me and I must say this is the most comfortable head rest I've ever had, so much so after he gave me his, I bought one to match the passenger side of my car, the one you see in the pictures. Hoping one day I'll be a vine member. Overall this is one heckin good headrest, but I wish I didn't have the white mark on the most visible side of the passenger headrest.

Great quality pillow!
Takes a little getting used to the size of the pillow, but it offers such great support that this pillow actually saved me from getting whiplash in a minor car accident.

Soft and firm but too bulky
Nice manufacturing. The foam is good quality as well as the fabric. It has a zipper behind the pillow. The foam was too bulky for my head and neck so I opened the zipper and took the foam out, cut a 1 inch layer off and put it back into the sleeve. Now it works great

Great addition to fixed head rests.
Got the pillows even earlier then estimated time. They are comfortable and perfectly complimenting Audi A5 seats as the head rest of car is not adjustable. Very comfortable especially on long drives and neck support. The product came with two set of eye masks, which was surprise.
